Are you ready to join a team that prides itself in Anaplan Excellence?

Come and join our team!

The team at Vuealta has an unrivalled track record of delivering successful Anaplan projects. Companies all over the world are driving huge planning transformations using the Anaplan platform with our expert support. Vuealta exists to provide these organisations with the tailored advice, implementation services and support that is so fundamental to their success. We pride ourselves in our Anaplan Excellence.

Being part of Vuealta’s consulting team means you will be working with clients day- in, day-out, helping them to exploit Anaplan technology within their business. The work is varied, involving working with finance, sales, HR and operational teams, but there is a constant need to elicit business requirements and create Anaplan solutions to meet these needs, building client skills and knowledge whilst doing so.

Senior Consultant

Apply Now!

Overview

You will either have existing experience in Anaplan, or you are a recognised expert in other multi-dimensional corporate performance management technologies.  What matters is that you are highly numerically literate and enjoy playing with data, but you can easily translate what this means in a business context for the end user.

Anaplan projects are not delivered as traditional IT solution builds. Instead, the projects involve a highly collaborative exercise, with Vuealta and the client’s team sharing responsibilities.  This requirement demands candidates with excellent communication and engagement skills.  You will own project delivery. In some cases you will help others with their design and architectural thinking and in others, you will roll up your sleeves and build models yourself.

The breadth of Vuealta’s services means that you are not just an implementation expert, but are also able to call on broader corporate performance management experience to provide wider advice and support to the client beyond the model build.

Candidate Profile

As a Senior Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Leading initial project scoping and implementation roadmap development
  • Leading the design and build of Anaplan models, ensuring that these are created with the end user in mind
  • Own – in tandem with a client peer – the overall project planning, delivery, and progress.
  • Mentor both client and Vuealta team members to ensure the development of skills and capabilities
  • Providing ad hoc support to the client post go-live
  • Keeping in touch with client individuals beyond the life of the project, and using this as a mechanism for identifying further opportunities for Vuealta services within the client organisation.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • 6+ years in a relevant business position, likely to be in a professional services capacity involving the delivery of technology solutions.
  • Good experience of the use of planning and modelling technology with finance, sales operations, supply chain and other business areas.
  • Experience in Anaplan, or similar multi-dimensional corporate performance management tools.
  • Educated to at least degree level, ideally in a numeric degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for getting hands on with the technology, being highly curious about its use and ability to ramp up skills rapidly.
  • Experience of agile project delivery.

Junior Consultant

Apply Now!

Overview

Junior Consultants own and lead workstreams within larger projects, or assume full responsibility for the delivery of smaller engagements.  In either case they have and continue to develop a deep knowledge of the Anaplan platform, although can rely upon more senior support for design and architectural thinking.

It may be that you already have experience in Anaplan, or other multi-dimensional planning or business intelligence tools.  Or perhaps you are someone who builds amazing Excel models but you are looking to take that to another level.  What matters is that on one hand you are highly numerically literate and enjoy playing with data, but on the other hand focused on what it means for the end user and business context.

These projects are not delivered as traditional IT solution builds, but instead it is a highly collaborative exercise, with joint Vuealta and client teams sharing responsibilities, and therefore demanding candidates with excellent communication and engagement skills.

Candidate Profile

As a Junior Consultant you will be responsible for:

  • Leading requirements gathering exercises and helping clients to document these
  • Designing and building Anaplan models, ensuring that they are created with the end user in mind
  • Helping to ensure that projects are delivered in a professional manner with focus on tracking project health and progress
  • Building client skills and capabilities through collaborative working during the solution build and focused knowledge transfer efforts
  • Providing ad hoc support to the client post go-live
  • Keeping in touch with client individuals beyond the life of the project, and using this as a mechanism for identifying further opportunities for Vuealta services within the client organisation.
  • Supporting the Vuealta sales team through the creation of proof-of-concepts and demo assets.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • 3+ years in a relevant business position, likely to be in either a professional services capacity, or an internal role within one of the primary functional areas (finance, sales operations, supply chain).
  • Educated to at least degree level, ideally in a numeric degree.
  • Knowledge of Anaplan, similar technology or deep skills in creating Excel models for similar business challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for getting hands on with the technology, being highly curious about its use and the ability to ramp up skills rapidly.
  • Some understanding or experience of agile project delivery.

Overview

Successful Data Integration is at the heart of our projects, and a focus from the very outset. Data Integration Specialists tend to support multiple projects at a time, ensuring that the data cornerstone of project success is addressed.
